Who We Are

Centergy™ is a process pioneered by Jackalyn Rainosek, Ph.D. and Liz Cloud, CPA in Houston, Texas. Based on years of experience with individuals and organizations, the duo and their associates have identified the elements for successful personal and organizational growth and transformation.

Jackalyn Rainosek, Ph.D. has been an entrepreneur and consultant for 38 years, working with hundreds of companies and management teams on challenges ranging from severe conflicts between executive team members, employees and customers to dealing with habitual patterns that impede performance and profitability within the organization. In the course of her work, Jackalyn formulated the Centergy™ approach, which systematically identifies habitual behaviors that undermine efficiency, productivity, and profitability. A unique system, Centergy™ has proven itself by bringing about positive transformation in both organizations and individuals. Today, Jackalyn applies Centergy™ principles through Cloud-Rainosek & Associates, LP, of which she is co-owner.

Jackalyn is an energetic and innovative learning facilitator and coach, with specialties in organizational development, training, community development, process consultation, mediation and dispute resolution. She has worked with small, medium, and large corporations in a wide array of industries, as well as educational institutions, community-development boards, legislative action-oriented organizations, and facets of city, county and state government. As an executive coach for junior and senior managers, CEOs and Board members, Jackalyn helps organizations gain the greatest possible benefit from their talent pools. Her diversity programs, which move a company beyond affirmative action to a place where the true potential of every employee can be realized, support the creation of socially just environments.

Throughout her professional career, Jackalyn has focused on developing advanced transformational techniques and more effective organizational models. Her emphasis on responsible and emotionally connected relationships enriches individuals, pairs, groups, and organizations. Above all, Jackalyn is an expert in maximizing human potential for the benefit of a corporation’s bottom-line. She has had a profoundly positive impact on the many organizations with which she has worked – as many delighted clients will attest.

Liz Cloud, CPA has twenty four years management and accounting experience in and with client-focused corporations. Her expertise includes working with corporations, small businesses, and volunteer organizations in the areas of business procedures, management policies, employee productivity and communication, supplier relations, and strategic planning.

Mary Kowalski has more than 17 years of participation in the Centergy processes and has gained insight and knowledge about her habitual patterns of self-minimization, emotional disconnection and other patterns. She has been able to change the patterns that negatively impact creativity, productivity, and relationship building in her personal life and workplace. Her expertise is recognition of the many ways a person can sabotage oneself by thinking, speaking and acting in ways which are destructive to one’s soul being and solutions to change this destructive pattern. She supports social justice learning and is thankful to integrate the knowledge into her personal and professional life. She has 28 years of healthcare experience in the Houston area with a focus in education.

Vivian Lam has 8 years of experience in the Centergy™ process and gratefully brings the knowledge and experience she has gained from Cloud-Rainosek & Associates into the organizations in which she works. Through the self-awareness she has gained from learning and changing her habitual behavior patterns and her value in building emotionally connected relationships, she takes pride in being well-respected and sought-after as a collaborative team member.

Vivian also values social justice and believes confronting and educating individuals about stereotypes that lead to exclusion will create dynamic work environments where people feel accepted and flourish in their fields. She actively seeks opportunities to improve diversity in organizations by sharing her knowledge and experience. She is currently an IT Project Manager in a Fortune 500 chemical company.

Jowell Lydon has gained significant knowledge and personal awareness of habitual patterns of behavior, emotional disconnection, and social injustice through his more than 17 years of experience participating in the Centergy™ process. From this experience he has learned to change his own habitual behavior patterns and to support others in recognizing and changing their own patterns that block living fulfilling lives and developing meaningful relationships. He believes in social justice and is grateful for ongoing opportunities to work with himself and others to make changes that support social justice at the personal level that in turn lead to institutional change. In addition to his work as an associate for Cloud-Rainosek & Associates, Jowell is a technical writer in the computer industry.
