Living a Spirit of LeadershipWithin each of us is a spirit that drives us to be leaders. Whether we are consciously aware of it or not, this spirit works to help us realize our fullest potential in life, both in our personal life and in our life at work. With this spirit, people of all ages, backgrounds, and with all types of life experiences can lead others in accomplishing extraordinary results. The workshop includes a 360-degree online assessment instrument that is one of the most widely used leadership assessments available. More than 250,000 leaders and nearly one million observers have completed it. In the workshop we review the results of the assessment and develop action plans to improve leadership skills.
